Joseph Krauchunas has dedicated over 30 years to the drug and alcohol testing industry. He has hired and trained a nationwide network of collectors, serving major corporations in various sectors.
One of Joseph’s most demanding roles involves overseeing testing operations in nine states and multiple large metropolitan areas for the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) internal drug and alcohol testing program.
The DOT frequently conducts unannounced, onsite chain of custody and specimen collection audits. Exams Express, Inc. ensures collectors are trained beyond industry standards, with hiring requirements exceeding DOT's 49 CFR Part 40 certification criteria.
Many network members have security clearances for accessing secure federal properties.
